Fighting for Your Legal Rights with Integrity and Honesty
Introducing Emily R. Pincin
Co-founder of Kent | Pincin, Emily Rose Pincin, practices in all areas of civil litigation, including employment law, personal injury, product liability, and mass torts.
She also has extensive experience in representing public entity employees in whistleblower-employment actions, failure to accommodate cases, disability discrimination actions, and sexual harassment actions.
Emily grew up in San Dimas, California, and was always drawn to law–there was nothing else she pictured herself doing. She developed her passion for law and trial work as a child through her interest in true crime books and by watching her mother work in the court system. And now, she loves to figure out the most unique way to help clients.

Emily attended the University of Southern California, where she graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. Upon graduating, she attended law school at Loyola Law School, Los Angeles. While at Loyola, Emily was the Note and Comment Editor for Loyola of Los Angeles Law Review and published an article entitled “People v. Buza: A Step in the Wrong Direction.”
She also interned for the Honorable Ronald S. W. Lew in the United States District Court for the Central District of California, where she gained extensive knowledge of federal litigation practice.
“When a client is going into a job every day where they're being sexually harassed, being called racially derogatory names, or being prevented from advancing their career, that’s a very stressful and terrible position to be in.”
Emily is admitted to practice before all California State Courts and the United States District Court of California (Central District, Northern District, and Southern District).
When she isn’t practicing law, Emily loves to bake, read, and spend time outdoors.
